Terms governing your use of DigiPub Creator.
1. About DigiPub Creator
DigiPub Creator is a web-based tool that helps users create AI-assisted video content. Some generation features rely on third-party AI services, including Agnes AI, and may require users to provide their own API credentials.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
By accessing or using DigiPub Creator, you agree to these Terms. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party services you connect.
3. User-provided API credentials
If you connect an Agnes AI API key, you are responsible for obtaining and using that key lawfully and for complying with Agnes AI's terms. DigiPub does not grant, sell, or guarantee third-party API access. Never provide a key you are not authorized to use.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for prompts, source materials, generated videos, and other content you submit or create. You must have the necessary rights to use any material you provide and must not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content.
5. AI-generated output
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other generated content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it.
6. Third-party services
DigiPub Creator may connect to services such as Agnes AI, TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Availability, limits, pricing, and functionality of third-party services may change independently of DigiPub.
7. Social publishing
If social publishing features are offered, content will only be sent to a connected platform following the user's authorization and requested publishing action. Users remain responsible for the content they publish and for compliance with each platform's rules.
8. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass usage or security controls, access another user's credentials or data, misuse third-party APIs, automate abusive traffic, or use DigiPub Creator for illegal activity.
9. Availability
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, product development, or changes to third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. DigiPub does not guarantee that generated output will meet every user's expectations or be error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DigiPub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service or third-party services.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
